Well Respected

Well Respected

oil on canvas with palette knives. about 3×4 feet.

the leukemia & lymphoma society asked me to do a painting for the top fundraiser for the 2008 Nation’s Triathlon. the winner was a really super guy who raised like $7,000. the majority of this came from former students that he coached over the years as a running intstructor. this was their palette choice.

he obviously had a big impact on them for the donations to reach such a high level. thus… he must be “Well Respected” by those whose lives he has sown care and wisdom into over the years.
