TRY HARDER!

I love photography, i always have. Whenever i’ve had the chance i’m out with my camera taking random shots, I’m always trying to learn more and try new things.

BUT…

Seeing so much wonderful work by other people makes me question myself

“Am i trying hard enough??”

and

“Do i have it in me to be a good photographer??”

Then i thought about it more and come to a realisation…

If both answers to these questions are no then its really not going to change much. It doesn’t matter if i’m good or not, i’m still always going to love photography. I’m always going to do it!

I believe that things can only go up from here. Seeing such breathtaking work is only inspiration for me to keep going.

The only thing that could ever hold me back would be if i lost my love for photography… I doubt that will ever happen!!!

Peace out,

Abbey

And the more you photograph , the more you learn, thus the better we become at the one thing we are most passionate about. Works for me.

Amen to that! I know exactly how you feel and I totally agree with that line of “It doesn’t matter if i’m good or not, i’m still always going to love photography. I’m always going to do it!

I believe that things can only go up from here. Seeing such breathtaking work is only inspiration for me to keep going.”

The way you become a good photographer is to maintain the love of photography, without that love and enthusiasm you have nothing. Enjoy your images and they can only go up the way.

Hope you make it as your wish to have your own photography business.

If it gives you any solace, heres a little story for you

I grew up living in my sisters creative shaddow, my sister wont all the awards shes a professional photographer by trade, however when she completed her diploma she never bothered getting a proper job in the industry even though she was the best i have ever seen… but she gave up….she never even bought a proper digital SLR

I am no photographer, i am no artist but i love making people smile, and i made you smile with my 50 cent tshirt… so my job, no matter how much more money she makes or better technically she is…. . is done… i touched someone through a medium that isnt supposed to be mine….

My childhood friend moved away down the freeway about 40 kms from my house making it hard to see each other…. he was lacking direction in his life… so he took out all his money and bought some equipment, given my back ground in info tech (im a network engineer by trade) and his creatvitiy and willingness to learn, we plan to establish our own business or at the very least have fun

so push yourself, know your boundaries, success is a measure of how happy you are with yourself, not how you compare yourself to others…

you are fantastic, brilliant, you answer to no one…

    Take care
