damn it, louise.

i find it interesting that when you feel a certain way, the world conspires towards being empathetic.this thought occurs to me sloppily, with much concentrated effort while watching the greasy breakers heave themselves ashore. i write these words on a napkin i find on the ground: “the crumpled tide staggers inland, and so do i…”i find it interesting that i find something interesting.i read the words to myself again, feign self satisfaction, vomit into the napkin and my nearby sneakers. i bite the inside of my cheek twice, but the first was an accident. the propane days are crawling through my veins; i run towards the water i won’t stop i don’t stop i’m not even sure how.
