That is very impressive for 30 seconds Deb, I assume she was asleep whilst you kept fingers crossed she didn’t twotch! The effects are well worth the effort and it’s been a while since i’ve seen how your wet plates been progressing. Very well I see.

happy new year to you and yours as well :)

    Hi there Deborah,
great to see you adding some work here, always keen to see what you’ve been doing. I’ve souped two rolls of Pan F Plus today and just loaded some Delta 100 into the tank for tomorrow. Love this image, you’ve really got the hang of wet collodion now and this is possibly the best yet. Wonderful.
    Hope you are well,
    Best,
    Brett

Lewis Carroll would have been proud of this shot if it had been his work. It’s yours so you deserve all the credit for this arresting image. The hair aids the illusion of being under water. I think you have discovered a process that chimes so well with your artistic vision.

There’s a renisainse painting lying in the layers of this thirty second moment of artistic revelation.
    I’m lost in it’s monumentousness.

Wow your whole collection is so beautiful, the tones and textures you achieve are wonderful. I imagine you already familiar with the work of Sally Mann – your style is so reminiscent of her.

    Lovely work!
