I remember one of the loneliest times for me at school was when it was playtime. Looking around to see who and if you could play with someone. I think though it made me learn to like my own company .. I am still very much happy to be in my own world.

i can so relate to this a little also.
stunning feeling, beautifully executed the fine deborah parkin way. ;-) xox

  • Thanks so much aglaia :) I think we all harbour some kind of emotion from our childhood, don’t we? I would like to say I am glad you can relate to it but that doesn’t sound right somehow :)

What a beautiful image!! Childhood can be cruel can’t it?

  • It certainly can Rosemary – thanks so much for your comment :)

Go on and pull at the heartstrings with your childhood story too Deb. :(

Beauty of an image though, the vigentting works better than ever here and the child’s feet at the start of the game completes the shot perfectly.

For me, the saddest part was always being picked last for football

  • Sorry Stuart – didn’t want to make you cry lol!! I suppose I am just trying to explain my work – are you picked for the football team now by the way :)
