Oh Deb!!!!!!! I dont know what to say, this is simply one of your best!!!!! Everything is just perfect about this…from comp, to lighting, to cropping, to shadow play…I mean EVERYTHING.!!!!!!! This tell a story…hmmmmmm you have me inspired with an idea…LOL!!!!!
Fabulous tones and textures, Deb, as always. I’m with Rhana – don’t let her go in!! The fact that you’ve captured Fleur midstep also adds so much to the image – we get that whole feeling of anticipation from that. I’d have to say that I think this is one of your best. Looks like you may have exposed yourself a little longer on this one – was this because you were inside – not so cold hey!! LOL
wonderful – the lighting is superb, quite dramatic – its like the light exudes from the child, darkness seems to creep in- one of your best!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Wow! This is Brilliant Deb.. The composition and your processing is excellent and as always it tells a story, which is the beauty of your work.. you let our imaginations run wild! I see this dark forboding door with shadows seeping out from the top. An innocent child about to step inside, who knows what is really inside. Yet, if she doesn’t she will be engulfed by the shadow from behind…
Again, strong mood! I reeeeeally like that about your work. She’s so small, it makes the door look HUGE…heh. Great job with the shading here…just love it. :-)
