Well, you know I am a great fan of your beach scenes. I love this colour. Also it looks as if the environment is a creation of his spirit. As if it is born out of him. Great.

But, what happened to the seascape inspired bu Lowry? One moment I was thinking why I liked it so much, one moment it was gone … Or does it only exist in my imagination … lol

This image is warm from the colour treatment and you’ve given it movement too. Great work. It would have been nice to have caught the feet but with his running I can see it would have been difficult to frame him completely. I love your work.

I absolutely love this portrait! It reminds me of my oldest son when he was this age, so free-spirited and always on a mission! Lovely choice of colour . . . so rich and warm . . . . and also the use of the wide-angle lens and slightly off-set framing is perfect for the subject.
