What a brilliant silhouette. I love the halo-effect that the hair creates. It looks like a very poignant moment and you have captured it wonderfully.

Oh WOW, this has to one for the lounge room wall!!! Just one little irk that may not bother anyone else, but that tinsy spot of light in the bottom left hand corner is slightly distracting to me (I hope you don’t mind me saying so!). Other than that I LOVE this image Deb…it’s breathtaking!

Lovely, moving. Beautiful black and white. Sorry for too much information, but your image hits home right now. Lots of reflection on father-son stuff in the shawhouse house of late. I’m a father of two boys and have been dragged through a minor rollercoaster ride of emotions this week. I just sat (paced) helplessly by while my youngest had back surgery. The patient’s sore but recovering. Our silhouette would look a little different. I’m 5’6”, he’s 6’4”. On second thought, maybe it would look about the same….And tonight my older son escorts his beautiful wife to the Emmy Awards! Yep. (Emmys are for TV in the US. The non-broadcast “Creative Awards” are tonight, the primetime show next week) He’s an editor, his first nomination, thankyouveddymuch…. I’m gonna hurt my back taking bows. But enough about me…What was the subject? Right, your picture! I’m without words :)
