I am visual artist- more concerned with the process than the product, but I tend to enjoy the product even more when there is a good process. I am a feeler- I feel emotion to my core, which allows me to connect deeply with art, others and the environment around me. My day job is mental health counseling and my art helps me to take care of myself… it is my own art therapy.
