We're headed for a better life...

Posted over 3 years ago

I dedicate this song to me and Brad. When we came back to the US some two years ago, we had nothing but our small savings and hearts full of faith. Now we have been blessed with a wealth of family and friends and everything else more than we deserve. Thank you Lord.

BETTER Life – Keith Urban

Friday night and the moon is high,
I’m wide awake just watchin’ you sleep
And I promise…

Two Months With My Brandon

Posted over 3 years ago

Friday this week will mark my two months with Brandon. Time went by so fast and I am already starting to miss him now that I am going to have to be back to work next week. Just when he has just begun to learn so much about me and me about him, we have to sort of part ways during the day and change our schedule. Someone else will be taking care of him now… Would she know what makes him s…

The day Brandon was born

Posted over 3 years ago

My original due date was Dec 13, but 36th week of ultrasound showed that Brandon is breech. I had the option of turning him when he reaches 37th week but I did not agree to that, instead, I tried exercises that were supposed to help a breech baby turn. A few days before Brandon turned 38 weeks, I saw my doctor, and Brandon was still breech, so she scheduled a C-section on Dec 7. When I got hom…

The movie’s title is Trade - a crime drama based on a New York Times Magazine story, starring Kevin Kline who delves into a sordid world of international sex trafficking that leads from Mexico City to a…

  • Develop the ability to love unconditionally and be consistent with it
  • Recognition of disguised blessings

“We are getting married right? cuz I already asked your father’s permission.”
- over the phone proposal

“You are my comfort Baby”
- when I asked him what am I to him

“You know what, I am not happy with my life. I am THRILLED with my life.”
- when I asked him how he feels about our life together

“You come and visit me and I’ll make you stay here …

Our Love Story

Posted over 3 years ago

Son, this is for you… the story of how your Mama and Dada found each other and the roller-coaster ride that brought us together.

Liesel Moments - Oct 2008

Posted over 3 years ago

My cute niece Liesel and her adorable moments while they were here in Milwaukee.

“Ah, he is so cute, Brandon loves meeee!”, Liesel weefully said while looking at Brandon, who is kind of ignoring her at that moment.

“So Mom, if I put my hand out it will blow away?”, Liesel asked when Lea told her not to put her hand out of the car window.
“Yes dear, and if you lose you…

No More Of These... I Hope!

Posted over 3 years ago

I just want to document some of the most unforgettable unfortunate experiences I have had with the immigration and INS officers. I hope I will not experience any more of these! Enough is enough…

ONE OF MY TRIPS TO SEE BRAD WHEN WE WERE STILL DATING
“You travel to the U.S. almost every 3 months?! Who pays for this?”, growled the Latina officer with annoyed face
“Yes, I do, …
