Painting of our cat, actually he’s my youngest daughter’s cat. He is a little rascal, broke his pelvis last year and had to stay in a small cage for 6 weeks to recover. But he….and we did it….and he recovered real well. He does all the things again, he shouldn’t do =)

My god Arie…....this is an incredible painting…..you are the finest artist I have ever seen when it comes to painting, or for that matter scupture too. Look at those eyes!!!!!!!!!!! And the fur is so real…...I think I told you before…...but you should have this in a gallery along with all your other works of art….and definitely should be famous by now. You’re a master with a paintbrush Arie…...a master. You have captured the spirit of this beautiful cat. The first time I saw this I thought it was a photo…..and since you are a realist painter…...well…..you are achieved it here! Love it…..what a sweetheart!

I thought this was a photograph when I caught the icon – I have never seen such an amazing painting Arie – so perfect in every detail it just comes to life! Sal has said it all and much better than I my friend – so I’ll just say “ditto!!!”

Prachtig Arie!!! Het licht in de ogen heb je zo mooi vastgelegd en ook de haartjes de compositie…Super!!! Zelf ben ik een echte poezen liefhebber…heb er ooit 9 gehad ;-) Twee schilderijtjes gemaakt met poezen, best wel moeilijk… Ook heb ik mijn hondje geschilderd, staat niet op Redbubble, als je iets wilt zien van mij, mijn schilderijen staan op Webshots Lieve groet van Ien.
