Our unusually warm weather brought the magnolias out about a month early, but windy weather followed by a frost turned all of those beautiful blossoms brown before I could capture them. I took this photo last April 29 and I went back to it to get my magnolia “fix.”

I used Nik Color Efx Pro 4 Contrast Color Range, Topaz Detail Micro Enhance and just a touch of Sorbet and May Roses from French Kiss Textures to get the blushing effect.
