Thanks Ruxique! I think he was having a break at the time because he sat a posed for a while. I managed to get quite a few shots and a couple of them were even in focus! I took as many as I could and kept my fingers crossed, which made pressing the shutter a little tricky, but hey, we put up with the complications for the sake of our art! *_:)_* Tony.
Well, I guess he was trying to get warmer in his last days of life, so when he saw you with the camera, he said “hey, that’s my chance to live forever in this guy’s photos…” :D
Fantastic clarity – now tell me you didn’t use a tripod! :)
Of course I used a tripod! I hired a studio, had all the lighting set up, strawberry leaves in abundance, everything ready to go.
Then, The bloody fly (who turned up late for the shoot) started complaining that they couldn’t work with strawberry leaves as it “played havoc” with her complexion – prima donnas, who needs ’em. anyway she insisted on blackberry leaves and we had to send a couple of runners out on a five mile run to get some blackberry leaves before we could finish the shoot. It cost me an extra £500 in studio time, but hey, I got the shot! *_:)_* Tony.
