replace a lens

I have a damaged 17-85 mm IS canon lens that I will have to get replaced and hopefully insurance will cover it. / My camera is a canon 50D. My other lenses are Sigma 10-20mm IS, canon 50mm, sigma 18-200 IS, sigma 105 macro. My question to all is should i replace it with the same lens, mindful that it was the lens I used the most or does anyone have any better suggestions. The other choice is …
