Jason Berube holds a Master’s Degree of Arts. He is a jack of all trades and master at some! Collage art being the best of them. He’s been at it for some 20 years. Much of his work draws from the Maya culture and sacred geometry, (the study of repeating patterns in nature). All his works of art are photoshop-free, done by the hand the ‘ol fashioned way. Each piece tells its own story, unfolding for the viewer an inner truth.
Jason is the author of a multi-cultural prophetic novel, The Deepening, as well as a screenplay of a modern macabre Celtic folktale entitled, The Banshee’s Cry. He has also written several children’s stories such as, Jack and the Laughing Apples and Peggy and the Purple Pixie People.
Jason also writes lots of music. His favorite is the electric bass, (which he’s played since he was 15), but he also plays upright bass, guitar, piano and drums. His band, A Shattered Dream, has a CD out on Arcken Steel Records called, 4-D Society and he’s also recorded almost a 100 punk/folk songs on his acoustic guitar.

Prologue / Long, ago, the continents were together in a big island. All the people shared the same skin color, spoke the same language and prayed to the same Creator. And for a time, it was good.
