I’ve always had a great love and appreciate for everything in the natural world, therefore it seemed natural for me at a tender young age to become a vegetarian.
I could never understand how people could say they loved animals, but would still eat meat. To me…..a cat, is a dog, is a cow, is a bear, is a sheep, is a child. They are all the same.. all feel pain, joy, sorrow.. all are sentient beings. Animals are my friends and I don’t eat my friends.
My art expresses my love and appreciation of nature; the beauty, mystery, energy and vitality of the natural world. Macro never ceases to amaze me. Take a little flower…. zoom in close…. there’s another world in there ….
