    Stunning shot! I would estimate the speed at around 650mph (speed of sound is around 726 mph in UK terms) so well done.

    Great Raptor shot with lots of condensation! I’ll be checking out an F-22 demo this weekend at Andrews AFB airshow. Awesome plane!

    Thanks Scott! It was SO dreary the day of the employee viewing at Kennedy Space Center. Thankfully there was enough light for a fast shutter. Awesome, awesome craft, does some stuff that defies logic.

    These machines are truly amazing, Mark. I got some shots off at last years EAA show in Oshkosh. They had the F-22 AND the B-2 Spirit stealth bomber. I’ll try and up-load some shots in a few days.

    Anyway, nice shot here…I do love the condensation that forms around the plane.
