Hello Bernhard, I am sorry to hear you have problem with the computer. I am not a tech person, but I believe that if you are able to access the internet, then the problem is not with the server. Can you goggle the type of problem you have. Do you use Internet Explorer, or Firefox. I just goggle it myself, and at Microsoft these are the options I got:
To tell whether a link to a picture is broken
To check if the picture’s file type is supported by Internet Explorer
Make sure you have enough free disk space for Internet Explorer to display pictures
Make sure Internet Explorer is set to display pictures
Make sure Internet Explorer’s security settings are allowing programs required to display pictures
You can post in Artists Universe General Discussion forum a topic with your problem, and I am sure many members will be able to help you out
