My trusty fuji in tow this Friday I went with my friend Alice to Blackwater, Qld for a quick shopping trip.
The Plans for an all amenities playground have been in the pipeline since 2007 or that was the approval for the grant. Big council wasted more money doing another plan.. is this why it only takes up the far corner of the land they so hastely cleared in 2008?

Still waiting for completion & council takes over. Already have some concerns regards lack of toilets and ‘suitable car parking.’ This is designed for young children & adults who have disabilities..
