The Fokker Triplane was in service with the German Air Force for a short period during World War One. One of its most famous pilots was Baron Manfred Von Richthofen, the “Red Baron”.
Despite only having a short history, because of its high manoeuvrability, it none the less managed to impress the airmen who flew it and fought against it.
To this day it remains a lasting icon of that bloody war.
