Oh my Goodness Chris ,this really draws you in ,I feel the shivers running up my spine as if I am standing right there ! What a quaint and magnificent piece of history this is ! I absolutely love it ! Love your texture it looks fabulous here !

  • Gosh, thanks Lynne. BLUSH I’m so glad you like it. I know B&W isn’t for everyone, but this image just didn’t work in color for me.

Oh Wow Garcia. This is great Mate. I love the title too. I agree with everything that Lynne said. She just says it better than I can. LOL. Definitely a fav Mate.

  • Oh thank you, Al. Lynne and I were just chatting about what fun you are….I told her how much I like teasing you : ) So glad you like this one…..I was trying to convey a sad, forlorn feeling, hence the monochrome. The depot is actually a visitor center now, and is painted a cheery yellow. I guess you can see why that just didn’t work for me!

This is really haunting Chris. Love the B/W and the texture finish. LOL! 7 residents! How far away is the next town? A fave.

  • Thank you, Elaine. Yes only 7 residents! Lots of old houses that no one lives in. Very different : )

This looks like a capture straight out of the 30’s. Like your againg effect on this one. ONLY 7 people live in this town?! WOW….looks like it’d be kind of spooky there at night lol….

  • Well…..the depot isn’t scary, it is actually a visitor center and painted a very cheery yellow. Well that just wouldn’t do for a ghost town, now would it? So I “spooked” it up a bit. Glad you like it, and thanks so much.
