Coral Island Bahamas was the third park developed by Coral World International. The park was built on a private island (Silver Cay) and is the biggest park planned and developed by Coral World International.

The park was opened to the public in 1987 and immediately became the No. 1 tourist attraction in Nassau. The Coral Island Marine Park incorporates all the world famous features: Marine Museum, Underwater Observatory, Stingray, Shark and Turtle Pools, Touch Pool, Snorkel Trail, and a unique, secluded Villa Hotel.

In 1995, in accordance to Coral World International’s global strategy, the park was sold to the owners of the Marriot Nassau Beach Hotel.

The park is temporary closed to the public.
