Photograph taken at Lake Murray Lexington, SC in the late 90’s. The production of this image was made with a photograph I took way back in the day when I was still in college at the University of South Carolina and with a photo I took of some old parchment paper tapped to the window catching the morning sunlight with my new canon t1i. I processed the images by joining parts of them together in paint shop pro. I used the multiply button in the layers menu. I discovered that it works better to paste the layer with the parchment paper textures on to my lake photo serving as the back ground instead of the other way around. Then use the multiply button. I feel rather proud of my self for achieving this effect by my self instead of using a stock image of parchment paper as I was tempted to do.

awesome! I have this one that I bought when i was in high school, i think. It isn’t sepia tone but I like them both!! When is your next show, Jay?

  • Thank you for your comment. I’m trying to get some pieces ready for the State Fair…As for my next show, they are rather expensive to put together. It may be a while. Thank you again for your purchase.
