Hi All

I’m kinda new at this stuff.
I’m wanting to stitch some shots together to make a panorama. what free software do people reccomend? Is there any good open source software available?
I’ve also got GIMP editing software. does anyone use that?
thanks

Luke

I use AutoStitch

It’s not opensource, but it’s definitely freeware.

I didn’t realise you could stitch photos with Picasa? and I use PTGUI, however you do have to pay, but not much and is very good.

I second AutoStitch! I just started using it recently and have been very happy with the results. I’ve also had good success with the Arcsoft Panorama Maker. For those who own canon digital cameras, a program called Photostitch is included on the software disc.
