The Challenge

Enter your BEST ABSTRACT photo, using natural or man-made objects, natural or artificial light sources, but with the FOCUS and EMPHASIS on the beauty and outstanding quality of the LIGHT. Eg. Lines, patterns, shapes, colours, form, etc., enhanced by light. You are not required to enter the photo into the group to enter this challenge
NOT eligible:
1. Must be a single photograph, not an obvious composite.
2. The reflection/light must be natural – no filter , or computer software generated images or reflections,
3. No paintings, drawings, digital art or T shirts
4. No over-processing, keep it looking natural.

Judging / Voting Criteria

Vote for the entry that meets the challenge criteria and which you feel is the best photograph of an abstract with the EMPHASIS ON LIGHT. Light being reflected – not reflection as a state of mind or in an emotive sense. You can vote for more than one entry.

Winner will be the new group avatar for 1 month.
Top 5 winners overall will be featured.

Additional Information

Entries will be culled by the group hosts that clearly do not meet the challenge criteria. We reserve the right to cull images even after voting has commenced, and where it is evident that there is any form of cheating relating to the voting for that image.
