Thanks, Joy…perhaps in time. maybe we could work out a cooperative agreement sometime? I love taking bird captures but I have to be in a lucky spot because I don’t have much of a zoom lens. If i feel i can get on an even playing field I might be able to pinch hit for you and maybe vice-versa? Have a great day!

I would love to help but I am having the same trouble finding someone to help me run “I Love Birds” group. It is really difficult because it leaves you with less time for your own photographic pursuits. Hope someone will come forward for you soon.

Really appreciate the work that you and Evita have put into the group.

Wish I could offer to help, but I already have 6 groups, two of which my co-hosts have had to back off due to real life commitments.

I hope you find someone willing to step forward to assist you two in maintaining this wonderful group with its beautiful images to teh level it deserves.

Dear All Vibrant Plants members,

We had a flash in the pan revelation to rename the group “All Vibrant Plants!” There’s a pretty good chance that if you are reading this, you have already discovered this. But as fairly new hosts with a group that is successfully recovering from its former coma, we wanted to give it a new facelift. Eliminates clicking all those “See more groups” buttons and catches the eye of new people roaming though the groups better…

We hope that soon after you get used to the new name, you will like it and appreciate its advantages!

We have put out a call for a third host and this need has gone achingly unanswered. A good working hosting team where the responsibilities are spread out thinner is what this group needs to progress, thrive and yes, even perhaps survive. So please volunteer to co-host. There are great rewards as long as there is a productive team covering the work instead of “going it alone.” Evita has offered to help me with the moderation to smooth things out for me, but she is already quite busy. I know there are great artists out there that would love to help showcase some of the best botanical art on Redbubble!

Topic: Group News / Just a quick note about a couple little changes

Hello Vibrant Plants members,

We have changed the guidelines slightly, to focus more on vibrantly colored works, so please check the rules if you have a question about gray tones, etc.

Also, we are launching a new program designed to promote the Vibrant Plants group as a whole. We wish to spread the group’s presence to more outlets, such as our personal art websites. In order to bring forth your work to an outside market, we need a chance to also be featured by each other and then the promotional slide show will include our work as well as yours.

Please be assured that neither of us feel the need to be featured here except for this reason. It will be a regular activity but only be a small proportion of the features we will be making available to you, as we are increasing our number of features each month.

Please utilize the ‘Promote” tab on the group site and add it to your own websites, if you have such. From what we can tell, it will show the last eighteen featured works with links to the products and prices. So send us your best work to be eligible for features, and then help spread the word of yours and others’ successes!

And please check out the most recent forum message showing the combined features for the last six months (not including the holiday season features.) We think you will find it quite impressive.
