I thought that I would like to let you know that there really are people out there who are noticing us, which means that we are doing something right! I know that if you have been out, doing your photographic/artistic thing and submitting your work to RB, when you don’t get sales, it can be a bit disheartening, so here’s something to give you a boost! We were approached by a printing firm in Singapore who really likes what we are doing with the group as well as the outstanding work that we have in our gallery. They have decided to give their clients a calendar as a gift that is to be called The True Colors Of Asia 2012 and have bought 12 shots from our group to be featured for each of the months!! They have promised me a digital copy of the calendar when it is finished, so that I can post it here for you to see. Keep up the great work gang… you never know who is watching! |

It is such great news that outsiders are noticing us and RedBubble in general and I, for one, find it very heartening. @Shubd – I pointed the client to certain images (images that fitted the brief) and they chose from this, adding some of their own. It was a really difficult task, as we have such a wealth of diverse images in our group, but not all fitted their brief, which was quite specific. Pity that they couldn’t have taken the whole group!! |
