Look at the picture to the right as an example of a Skyscraper/Buildings Silhouette as what is expected in this challenge
There is no detail, no windows showing, basically a shadow outline of the buildings, if you give us a regular fully visible skyscraper or cityscape it will be removed from the challenge without warning or notice
