This group is for photographers and artists, but please note that we are not currently accepting clothing, writing or journals.
Please see below for the group rules:
- We are looking for close-up shots and details of the surfaces beneath our feet.
- The floor/ground surface should be the main focus of the photograph and take up at least 75% of the frame;
- It is the close-up surface/texture itself that should be the main focus of the image, please keep additional items to a minimum;
- Please ensure that your work includes a description of where it was taken, especially if your work is of an abstract nature;
- Please submit your best work, work that you’d send to someone as a card, or hang on your wall;
- Poorly composed, out of focus or excessively noisy images will not be accepted;
- We are looking for high-quality work, work that you are proud of, so please do not submit snapshots;
- Please keep post production to a minimum.
