All submissions must be high quality portraits with the accent on the human face, no
full body images, however I will view each work on it’s merits if the body position does include some the lower body. All images must include artistic merit, snapshots do not comply. In this group, a portrait is a considered a staged and posed image, baby photos will also generally not comply.
Some digital alteration is acceptable, however the group is aimed at photographers rather than digital artists, so heavily altered images will be removed without notice.
Photographs that do not comply with the guidelines will be removed without notice. The Host reserves the right to remove work that is felt to be unsuitable for the group, and also to remove members who re post rejected work or continue to include work outside guidelines.
Images with watermarks or logos that detract from the image are also not acceptable.
Keep in mind that removal of an image is not a criticism of your work, but simply that it does not comply with the spirit of the group guidelines, so don’t take it personally!
