When God is the number one priority in one’s life, fear is something we not dread. Fear is false evidence appearing real. We all have a very real enemy who wants to keep us in bondage to this fear, but Christ made a better way! He was and is and is to come and we have the victory!

God’s Promises are like stars; The darker the night, the brighter they shine This actually started out as a picture of the sky. The stars were just beautiful. I photoshopped it a bit and added this lovely quote.
John 3:30

A couple of days ago I read information about how Amy Grant is teaming up with the Red Cross asking the citizens of the US to send Christmas wishes to our Troops. It made me think of all the talented artists on Redbubble who are already starting to submit art in the form of Christmas cards. If you are interested in showing your support for our Troops by sending them a Christmas greeting, here is the info.: send card(s), a limit of 15 per person to the following address: Holiday Mail for Heroes / P. O. Box 5456 / Capitol Heights, MD 20791-5456 They are collecting the cards from now up until Monday, December 7th, 2009. / Every card received will be screened for hazardous materials by Pitney Bowes and distributed to participating Red Cross chapters nationwide. Once the cards arrive at the Red Cross chapters, they are sorted and reviewed by volunteers who then distribute them to service members, their families and veterans in communities across the country. Follow the guidelines below as to what to “do” and not to do> DO: / . sign all cards / . entitle cards “Dear Service Member, Family or Veteran” / . limit cards up to 15/person or 50 for school class or business group / . bundle groups of cards in single, large envelopes DON’T: / . send letters / . include personal information such as home or e-mail addresses / . use glitter – excessive amounts can aggravate health issues of wounded recipients / . include inserts of any kid as they must be removed in the screening process. One way I send cards is to print out a 4×6 photo onto photo paper. I then type a message that will fit onto the back of the card using a Word Document. I print it off, crop it to fit the photo, and then attach it using a glue stick or scrapbooking tape. I then send it off using an appropriate size envelope. This is a quick/easy way to send a greeting card! You can also just send one that you have purchased here on RB, or send out the card that you will be sending to friends this Christmas. Just remember there is a Dec. 7th deadline. “This was the exact moment in time when the Power of almighty God and his great compassion and love, touched a dying Child”. Taken in Kaban Muslim village in Nov 2008. I was ministering in the village along with several mission staff, and a mother brought her almost dead child to me and asked for Prayer. As I held the still body of this little boy in my arms, my thoughts went straight to Jesus. I spoke to teh Mother and all around me that the only one that could save this child now as Jesus. I said I will pray in Jesus name. There were a few unhappy elders around, but decided to agree that I should pray in Jesus name, just to see what would Happen. This was the breakthrough. Kaban village is a Muslim village and under Sheria Law. I simply laid my hand on the child and commanded life and divine health to enter the child and that God would fill this child with his spirit. In Jesus name I prayed. Instantly the child because to move his arms and legs and began to cry. I told the mother Jesus had healed her son, and to take her son and breastfeed him as he was hungry. All saw the Power of Jesus and was witnessed by all in the village. Others then came and many were healed and some openly give their lives to Jesus. others followed us on our way to Ungwa/Fada village and received Jesus in private. Jesus is alive and works in and through his people. He loves you, and that is a fact. I have such a loving christian husband, and he helps me set up all the paints and the stand for the canvas. The painting I did with pine trees and mountains,I / chose to do that painting because my father comes from Austria. In Austria they have mountains with pine trees. I hope you enjoy this painting and the Words of our Heavenly Father in this psalm. In Christ’s name, / Carol

1. Tell us a little bit about yourself?
I am a wife to a wonderful husband and a mother to a beautiful child. I am looking forward to the arrival of our second child. I really enjoy taking photographs, but also take pleasure in putting our family photos into scrapbook albums-which I am quite behind with.
2. What and/ or who brought you to the redbubble?
Before I was on redbubble, I was on deviantart.com and I came across “David Haworth’s”:http://www.redbubble.com/people/sunseeker photography on there. He mentioned redbubble on his pages and I came to check it out. I then left DA and joined redbubble and been here ever since then.
3. What made you decide to join our group?
I joined the group The Picture of Scripture as I thought it would be another way for me to show what I believe in. It may only be the Christians that join the group, but if my artwork in my gallery has scripture verses on it, people may question it or I may have an opportunity to witness to them through a photograph.
4. Which image or artist in our group inspires you?
I’m not sure I could pick just one image or artist in the group, but most images which show God’s wonderful creations in nature usually inspire me to get out and capture more photography. Also, I only recently joined the group so I have not had time to go through all the images in the group.
5. Who would you thank in the redbubble for the most inspiration to you?
I think I’d have to thank “ericseyes”:http://www.redbubble.com/people/ericseyes for being in inspiration. Since I purchased my DSLR, we discovered we had the same one and we’ve started a group together. He’s encouraged me a lot to try new things and really given me a lot of ideas. I think if it wasn’t for him, I wouldn’t be shooting in manual mode yet…probably still in Auto! So, thank you Eric!
