A T-Shirt Revolution

Public Domain Image Mash-up

This challenge closed about 1 year ago.

The Challenge

New designs created just for this challenge please! We’d like you to come up with a t-shirt design using only public domain images. Public domain refers to the total absence of copyright protection for a creative work. If you are unsure of what images you can use or where to find public domain images, please read the information in the group forums. IMPORTANT: You MUST reference the source of your images in the description field for at least the length of this challenge. If you can post thumbnails of your images with links to the source – even better!

Judging / Voting Criteria

Clear, crisp images. Imaginative composition.

Rewards & Prizes

Adoration from your fellow revolutionaries.
Winner’s badge/banner thingy for your profile.
That warm fuzzy feeling you get from taking part.

Additional Information

When sourcing images for your design, the rule is – if you’re not sure, don’t use it! It’s up to you to check that your images are not subject to copyright. We want this to be a fun exercise, not a massive debate about copyright so if in doubt – leave it out!
