I fell in love with this little Kitty, I went to the NSPCA to take some Kitty shots and this little girl was all over me she jumped on my shoulder and just stayed there. A lady came in the room to get her a kitty and she was focused on this big guy but when she tried to pick him up he did not like that at all and got upset so I told her why not take the one that is attached to my neck lol….she is extremely friendly and very loveable….so long story short Kitty was adopted a few minutes later after she fell in love with her new owners hair and kept chewing on it. / A happy ending All proceeds will got to the NSPCA / The American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (ASPCA)
acrylic paintng of woman and her cat tangled in the gift wrap. sketchbook paper 9X12” / I did this painting to remind people that it is not a good idea to surprize someone with a pet for Christmas. Animals end up in shelters or on the street or just neglected and unwanted when they dont quite fit in. Its better to give a gift certificate so that your loved one can pick out their own pet or even a stuffed toy if a live animal doesnt fit into their lifestyle. / / redqueen’s elf on zazzle.com

It is found directly to the southwest of Sarajevo, bordering Mt. Igman. Bjelašnica’s tallest peak rises to an elevation of 2067 meters (6782 feet) above sea level. I found this tomcat beside weather observatory on highest peak of Bjelasnica mountain. Like he know that he is my top model of the day he changed few positions on this metal icy desk. So ladies and gentlemen I am very happy to introduce Tomcat – Climber.

Singer was so named because before we neutered him, he would constantly serenade the shelter staff and all the other kitties in his quest to find a ‘date’. / He lived at the SPCA for several months before finding his new home. Black cats (& Dogs) are often overlooked in a shelter as people are instinctively drawn to the unusual, striking looking pets. My camera (Canon Powershot A720 IS) automatically focused on his stray white hair. I used no flash just natural lighting. any tips?
Grover is a fantastic creature with loads of personality that has been living in a SPCA for several months. I considered removing Presley from the background but I think he adds something to the image. / Taken with my Canon Powershot A720 IS.

Two young feral tabby kittens from different litters. Although different ages, they have become best friends – sticking together for warmth and protection. They are survivors. Lucky, in a way, because they are healthy and are part of a feral colony that is actively being cared for…. Part of my documentary series examining the lives of real feral cats .
