#Karin Taylor – Tradigital Artist

If art reflects the artist, then her paintings show Karin Taylor, Australian Artist, to be a “child at heart”.
Her winsome drawings of big-eyed, often big-haired characters could easily find their way into
illustrated books. One look at her art, tells you this artist is headed for huge commercial success.

While some of that path is still ahead of Karin, she recently celebrated a milestone of 1000 sales on
RedBubble. Karin also exhibits her works in cafés and galleries in northern New South Wales and
southeastern Queensland.

Currently working, primarily, in a growing field of art that straddles traditional and digital, Karin
scans her hand-drawn artwork into a software program, and then colors with digital brushes.
Her work exudes beauty, warmth, a sense of family, and story telling; and is thus perfect for
adults and children, alike.

Solo Exhibition is proud to present Karin Taylor in solo exhibition, in the Digital Arts Gallery,
starting September 20, with an Artist Reception for the show, “Braids, Birds, and Blossoms”,
Wednesday, Sept 22nd.
