Once again I thought the butterflies were gone——and yet the ever faithful Lantana has attracted another!! Of all the butterflies, the Monarch is my favorite so I was elated to see and capture this one. I have done this one in Sepia to give it that somewhat aged appearance. I hope you enjoy. I love the paws of a dog. They are so strong and functional and yet so flexible and able to be used with delicacy when needed. Proceeds from the sale of this will go to the AuCaDo Rescue Fund to help Australian Cattle Dogs in need.

i wasn’t sure about posting this here, but i really like it. i hope you do too :)
literally, a crow sitting on top of a bench. took this last year in Stanley Park, by the Rose Gardens. One of my very first proper photographs since i bought my camera last may of 2008. I really like how the crow looks like he or she’s standing real proud, with that part of the bench giving him a sort of stature. might just be me though :D Location : Rose Gardens, Stanley Park / Vancouver BC / Canada
this beautiful hotrod was parked infront of the art gallery, here in vancouver. they wouldn’t leave the car alone so i can take the shot. i started to get really frustrated, good thing i caught myself / and realized that it’s actually, in my view, a good frame altogether.
