Composite Image using two of my own, from my hols… tweaked in Photoshop. What a wee character!! On account of his feisty spirit I’m gonna call him Geronimo! / ...A little stable mate for the much loved Jake in ” Goin Home “ The Little Wild Wanderer Far, far away / where the skies are / magical misted grey / in a lonely place / where the wind / whistles it’s own sweet tune / and heather / swirls around your ankles / perfect purple carpet / far as the eye can see… In the North, / a secret place / where you can dream / running free in the summer wind / There lives / under misty sky / a Little Wild Wanderer, / four quick little hooves / two chocolate button eyes / long cotton candy mane / tossed so playfully in the rain… This Little Wild Wanderer / stalks a whisky coloured sky / dancing among the heather / quick little hooves / slicing through copper grass / chasing his shimmering shadow / and whinnying at a passing cloud: / horsey for laughing out loud! I love the paws of a dog. They are so strong and functional and yet so flexible and able to be used with delicacy when needed. Proceeds from the sale of this will go to the AuCaDo Rescue Fund to help Australian Cattle Dogs in need.
White Rock Bridge by Monte Morton

Located on Academy Road just outside of Oxford, Pa. White Rock Forge Covered Bridge over Octoraro Creek Originally built by John Russell in 1847 (cost not known). Rebuilt by Elias McMellen in 1884 for $2167. It is the county’s second oldest covered bridge still open to traffic. Location: 3/4 mile south of Noble Road on White Rock Road in Colerain Township about 51/2 miles southeast of Quarryville. Added in 1980, it is listed on the National Register of Historic Places as structure number 80003522.

literally, a crow sitting on top of a bench. took this last year in Stanley Park, by the Rose Gardens. One of my very first proper photographs since i bought my camera last may of 2008.
