Until Death by Helen McLean
She loves her big Elvis haired man, and he says she’s the only girl for him. They always travel together to Hotrod meets, showing off their Deuce ‘32 Ford – complete with flames. It’s no vial containing blood worn around her neck – but this Tatt has gotta mean something about her love for him. Rock on.

Orange Skin by Peter Horsman
Taken at the Hobart Hot Rod Show, March 22 2008. The best $15 I’ve spent in a long time :o) I’m not much of a rev head but man I love the curves on these old American classics. The paint jobs, the chrome, the leather, the taillights and the fluffy dice hanging from the rear view mirror…Mm Mmmmm This is the first of a series of Hot Rod shots I’ll be uploading over the coming weeks.

I guess seeing the artist/photographer in yourself and seperating that from your everyday self could be a necessary step in profiling yourself for the marketplace. A LOOK AT THE PERSONALITY BEHIND THE WORK & HOW TO POLISH UP A BIO* What aspects of yourself as an artist/photographer are you offering up for this new ‘marketable’ personality?? i gues it doesnt really matter where you are coming from or where you are at but more, where you want to be with your work, how you want to be seen and if you are aiming for a signature style that becomes you. it’s all packaging. ... what do people fall in love with…... what will the market love…. / do you need a massive ego…....or a picasso moustache, what do you put in, what do you leave out, what do you invent ?? how do you define yourself and design yourself for the marketplace..?

About This Group
The term “Rockabilly” refers to the styles made popular in the late 1930s, the 1940s and early 1950s, the era in which Rock’n’Roll was formed.
Rockabilly has become something of a sub-culture movement as individuals who favor the styles, music and cars of the era.
Think massive sideburns, bowling shirts, peep toes and pencil skirts.
This group is for all the hepcats out there!
