What's happening with kid's tshirts??

Can someone tell me if kids tshirt will be available again in the future?? After this week.

They’ll go on holidays for little while – if there’s enough demand we’ll bring them back (we would need to buy a new piece of equipment to print on them). Maybe you could start a petition? Let’s see how many people want kids t-shirts.

I REALLY, REALLY, REALLY want kids shirts to be available. Our daughter wants her daddy’s artwork on shirts! :)

Kids T’s are great!

I’d love to see kids tees being available. There are so many images on bubble that I would never have the guts to wear but would definitely put my little girl in.

I can see the kids T’s being a popular market and one which would no doubt encourage some of our artists to submit designs which are more suited to kids t’s than adults.

and a redbubblejunior.com site, where art for the kids would be the focus ???

Kids shirts were dropped some time ago when RedBubble switched to a different printing process.

However, they will be coming back at some time in the future.

Really love to see them back for christmas at least. If we have them by then I pledge to buy at least 5 but possibly 8!

That would be great if they came back, is there any idea of pricings at all? previous retail price?

Kids T Shirts would be a great idea,as there are so many potential customers in Bubbleland who would gladly buy T’s for the kiddies rather than themselves.

Yes suprisingly i have people wanting my shirts in kids sizes, if theres a market for my art in kids sizes thered be a market for almost anything.
What about prints down the sleeves of long sleeve t’s to and maybe an option to print on the back as well.
These options seem very popular, judging from my own market research and surveying.

i’d love kid shirts to return. i have a six month old. she’s got a lot of growin’ to do =)

This has been discussed many times, but there’s no harm saying it again! We do want kids’ tees to return, but there’s a few things in the way right now:

1. they cost the same (if not more) to produce as the adult tees
2. heaps of people said “kids’ tees would be great” but…
3. they didn’t sell well last time we had them
4. we have to reduce the dimensions of the design to suit the smaller garment, which doubles the amount of preparation work we have to do
5. some other stuff that I can’t remember now

We’ll figure it all out eventually, but we’re concentrating on some easier battles right now.

Granted I have limited experience with kids, but logic tells me that there’s no way parents are going to pay more for a tee that their kid will either grow out, vomit on, or otherwise destroy with dirt and crud :)
