I have a problem trying to reply to a comment anyone has left on my images. When I click on the reply button, very briefly I can see the page where I could post my reply then it just goes to “my art’ page – where no reply can be posted. |

What browser are you using? Is Javascript turned off? |
|

Faizan – I am really embarrased to say I don’t know – is Internet Explorer my browser? |
|

No, you need to ensure it is turned on. In IE, go to Tools -> Internet Options -> Security -> Custom Level -> and check the status of the various options under “scripting” |

Thanks Martin – I found the scripting – and it said the Java applet was on. The one that was disabled was ‘allow websites to prompt for information using scripted windows.’ |

Sorry, I can’t help but if it’s any consolation I have the same problem. I’m on Vista and can’t reply when using IE. I have to use firefox instead… |

Che – perhaps its a compatability problem with Vista – perhaps RedBubble can look into it for us. I would like to be able to reply to comments easily. |

I had problems when using Internet Explorer, and after reading comments that there were “no probs with firefox” I downloaded it – I have to say I wish I’d done it sooner….. everything looks so much, well, better AND it cut out any probs I had before….. |

Yeah, firefox is a million times better than internet explorer! Specially so if you’re talking about IE7 – what sort of idiot would design a web browser without a stop button???!!! I don’t see why anyone would use internet explorer if they knew about firefox. (Although, i do admit to using both ie6 and ie7 myself – but only for testing web page designs on…) And firefox 3 is out now – the beta version. But even the beta is better than IE! And FF3 is even better than FF2. |

Inishiata, you wouldn’t happen to have Mcafee installed on your computer would you? |

When there was a bug here awhile ago I couldn’t use IE, and downloaded firefox, which worked, but am back to using IE, and it’s fine. |

Che – yes I do have Mcafee installed – and I don’t like it much – blocks so much when I am trying to browse on net. |
