This one or That one

Hello everyone,

So I’m putting up my first work and I want to know what you the wonderful public thought of these two variations. Does one merit sales more than the other? Is it improper to put two works so similar up for sale? What do you think of them?

I like the first one a lot better. The black separates everything and it’s easy to look at. The fabric drowns a bit in the second with the same colour behind. Lots of people put different versions of images up so that’s not a problem unless you do it with everything you submit. If you don’t want to have two up, you could always use one colour scheme for a card and put the other on a t-shirt. I think the design would look really good on one and would be worth playing around with even on private.

Definitely the first. That pale gold colour is not subtle enough to be used as a background as it is in the second version. It sort of smothers the image. It’s too overpowering and distracting.
