Need Some Ideas

This is a work in progress that I’ve had on the computer for weeks. My initial vision was kind of a Wizard of Oz theme, but now I’m not so sure. What other elements would make this work? Or, should I just start over?

How about a freaky-looking dead tree to the right of the house?

I think you need some shadow around the swirl of the cloud effect near the house, to give a bit of depth to the could and define it a little more form the other clouds and the house

And maybe a little shine of light or even a shaft of light on the top window from the break in the cloud?

I agree – a tree would be good – how about a dog house??

Welll…how about a yellow brick road with a witch fly on a broomstick in the sky….or the mean old lady on the bike???

Or…a big bean stalk….ala…Jack and the bean stalk with a huge giant hand reaching from the sky????

A beam of light on the window, and a bean stalk and a creepy tree! All super ideas!!
