Is there a possibility that we can have links open in a new window automatically ? If I forget to press the shift key before I click I can never find a page/artwork again …. sad, sad, sad :-) |

I’m not sure if this can be done (I’m not technical) but there’s always the back button in the browser … |

Hi Peter, I’m not sure if this can be done (I’m not technical) but there’s always the back button in the browser … I know that :-) but sometimes you start looking through a portfolio or click on a link to another folio and it gets time consuming trying to find out where you were in the first place. |

Alison. On the off chance that you use Firefox and, if you do, you’re willing to install the Greasemonkey extension, I’ve knocked up a quick script for you that you can install that’ll make this happen for you. I’m not a huge fan of the idea myself but, if it helps someone else, here it is. |

Hi Dave, I usually just hold down the shift key before I click on a link and it forces the link to open in a new window. When I forget to do this, I like to blame others LOL Redbubble in this case :-) |

Nooooooo! Please don’t do that, as it’s considered very bad web practice to force a link to open in a new window (and many popup blockers will block it). |

As Martin said, this is not considered good web etiquette for sites and the development team reserve a special kind of hatred for sites that try to decide for you which links will open in a new window. Firefox and recent versions of IE allow you to open a link in a new tab, which is what we recommend. |
