Email or phone number for a real person at redbubble - bootleggers beware

Hi hoping someone can help, on rb there are hundreds of band designs that are 100% unofficial and need to be taken down. I’ve found the dmca process terrible and had no results to filling in the form. I am the rights owner for artists such as knife party. I am starting legal proceedings against the site and all the artists involved unless someone can give me a number or email to get in touch with someone that will actually reply. Time is ticking guys

There is no direct phone number to get in touch with the staff….

RedBubble follow the internationally recognised DMCA Process, it may be a bit of a pain, but it also works, and it works very quickly.

I think you will find that initiating legal proceedings may be difficult if you have not followed the DMCA Process in the fist instance, since DMCA affords protection for websites against liability for publishing infringing works – if they are specifically unaware that those works are illegal.

You can only file a DMCA Takedown Notice IF you are the copyright owner for those images.

In what way did you have no success with the DMCA Process?

If you are unsure of how to complete a DMCA Takedown Notice, perhaps these tutorials may be a help:

Members, here, have had false DMCA complaints filed against their works.

Anyone can file a complaint and attest that they are the rightful owner, if not, there are consequences and sites have to remove the works and the artist has to contest the take down and if needed, bring suit against the person who filed the false claim.
