crop crop!

Hi guys I’m making a new calendar but for some reason my shots are only uploading as cropped squares….. any ideas? They’re just standard size images I haven’t cropped them etc and have used them beautifully in other formats etc…. my previous images uploaded here nicely too…. IDK?> thanks!!!!
