I have been waiting for an order that was shipped on the 3rd feb still waiting for it to arrive have put a message to Redbubble on the 18th of Feb and am still awaiting a reply from Redbubble, does anyone know how long it takes Redbubble to actually respond to questions regarding missing items? At the moment I am feeling really disapointed in the lack of customer service from them :( |

The shipping times fluctuate and are beyond the control of the site. Generally the staff responds in 24 to 72 hours. I think, you are in the UK, “It’s important to note that in some countries, you may need to allow an additional 4 – 5 days for your local customs, including garments and iPhone/iPod cases to the United Kingdom.” |

has there been an update here? I ordered from Canada, said they shipped Feb 7 and here we are Feb 29 still nothing. Never heard back from them either… |
