I am trying to change the markup on my prices but the public profile keeps showing the first price that I entered ($3 for cards). I have ‘saved changes’ each time I tried, and refreshed my page. Is there an easy way to do this or do I have to delete the image and re-upload it? Sorry if this is a really dumb question, I am new to RB.

I think you can only use a markup that’s a percentage, not dollar value.

Try changing the marking by just inserting the percentage (without ) – so you go from the basic markup to something 22, just insert 22.0 then save and see if that works.

I’ve never had problems changing prices, but I’ve noticed recently a few buggy things I’ve not experience before either.

Edit: I just tried changing one of mine and it’s work fine using the %

Deb – report your problem to support – there seems to be a few bugs floating around today. They’ll want to know if it is one.

Deb, are you aware that, as long as you are logged in, the price shown will be the cost price to you without the markup? (Which incidentally is AU$3.00 for cards.) Try logging out, then go to your public profile and see what price is quoted.

..or just click on the show pricing examples when you are editing the dollar amount (%) and you’ll see the correct amount

thankyou everyone. Yes, I feel really silly but I was looking at the prices when I was logged on. Woops. All good now.

No problem, it’s an easy mistake to make when you’re new!

Cheers, prbimages.

Hi all

Newbie here – just wanted to know is there any way of changing the mark-up on all art at the same time or do you have to go in to each one individually and change them one at a time?

Thanks for any help!

Hi Claire unfortunately at the moment you have to change them one at a time.

Well, I made some sales today – Eureka. Goodn news.

Bad news: I messed up somehwere, as I am only making 30p on each one. Don’t spend it all at once.

I am having One of Those Days today, my brain is full of fog, I am making the most supid mistakes when talking.

So, ok, I should know about currewncies, probably tax——anyone else with ideas on how I have miscalculated, pls let me know.
