Screen Saver Development Software

I found this software that can be used to create screen savers with personal artwork and graphics. One the the best features of it is that the screen savers can be set to expire after a certain period. An artist friend of mine who belongs to another site turned me on to it and I have a couple of her backdrops on my laptop right now.

And no I do not work for them or profit when they sell their software. I am a writer, and a lover, and a lout, but not a seller of software.

If anyone would like me to take their images and create a screen saver for them and email it back to you let me know. I will see if this is an allowable use of my usage rights for the software I own next week but I think it would be alright.

But the sofware really is pretty cool and is a great way for artists to get their work out into the mainstream in a manner that prevents its misuse: after a fixed period the screen savers expire.

Another one I like is xatshow – the pro version allows password protection, expiration dates and a variety of formats from screen savers to dvd production.
