Note that the sizing chart shows the width across the chest when the garment is laid flat, not the circumference. That should account for the difference you are seeing.

Topic: Learning Center / Direct deposit payment

I’ve been making designs for over a month, and I’ve finally made enough to get my first payment. I’m signed up for the direct deposit, and I was just curious how all that works? Like will I get an email notifying me that they deposited the money, or do I have to manually check? Also, WHEN can I expect the payment? I was thinking probably sometime in the first week of October, but I’d just like to have an idea of when to expect it. If anyone can answer my question(s), I would greatly appreciate it. :)

I am just curious of how long the wait is to get a replacement of a product shipped back to me and if I have to return the other product. I am curious as well as wanting to know what does it mean 3 people are watching the conversation? Plus I want to have some estimate of the wait time for a response since while I do understand you guys are eventually going to get back to me I hope its not a month or whatnot. Thanks so much!

Topic: Learning Center / iphone 6 cases

My case is the same way. My guess is there was a pretty large influx of orders so they’re a little behind, or they have started sending them, and wont send out an email or change any statuses until they can change ALL of them. Also, The said they weren’t going to ship until last Friday (the 19th), so even if they had shipped it that day, you wouldn’t receive it till the end of this week, or the beginning of next. It was technically a preorder, so the delay could be explained that way.

But thats NOTHING compared to me having to wait for the end of October for my 6+. Hahahaha. Stay strong friend! I’ll send an inquiry today and post again if I hear anything back.

ok hey guys im new to redbubble and i dont understand the sizing chart for hoodie they look to small for the uk, so i made a ticket to redbubble, but i made a topic just in case i get a automated replay that does not help. so here i what i said.

hey redbubble i want to place an order but im really concerned about your sizing chart this is because im quite a big guy. so im from the uk and these sizes on your sizing chart look small for me even the 2XL what is only 26" around the chest, so i want to know what size i would need to take on your sizing chart.

my chest is 49" yeah im a big guy this in the uk size making me around a 2XL but on your site a 2XL is 26 what is like a Small in the uk" so please can you help me i want to buy a few products because this site looks awesome, i just need some help converting the sizing because they make no sense, i dont want to make a £30 order and the size be wrong.

I got an e-mail from Redbubble that gave me a coupon code for free delivery: 4DAYUKSHIP
I tried to redeem it on checkout but it didn’t work. And I noticed another code in a yellow band at the top of the page: RBNOWINTHEUK which is for the same thing but that didn’t work either. Neither of them are out of date, it just says the code isn’t correct. But I copy pasted it so it isn’t a typing error. Help?

Hi everyone, I am new to Redbubble and to the POD world, I uploaded my first small batch of work, some available as cards, canvas, prints. I am not too sure about the posters though, as I had a look at the required image size. Is there a way I can upload my work to prints, canvas and cards and NOT to posters? First off I ADORE Redbubble with all my heart. I’ve been buying from you guys from over a year with not only buying products for myself but my friends. The first time in a year I got a product from you guys that the design was scratched off when I received it and I filled out a form to begin the refund process. I didn’t get a chance to make an account until after I received the said product since I was at a loss to do. It says that three people are watching this discussion but I do not know what that means. All I want is a replacement for the product since I absolutely adored it and used my birthday money to buy it and I love all the other products I have bought from you guys and I just want to know how the progress is done and how quick it would be since I would love to begin wearing the product again before it gets too cold (since it was a hoodie).

Well I wonder if she hasn’t already seen this and altered it because the case I am seeing has a grey background…

But in any case, if something like that comes up again click on the artists name (to the left of the design ) this will take you to their profile page and at the top under their name there will be a little speech bubble icon, this will let you use bubblemail to contact the artist directly.

Topic: Learning Center / Problem getting a refund!

I ordered a hoodie and when it arrived it was poor quality and I was unsatisfied with the product so I requested a refund which I am entitled too. Now its 2/3 weeks later and its been absolute hell to get a refund and I still haven’t received it. Trying to get a reply from staff is almost impossible and 100% of the time the reply has been laced with sarcasm and blaming me for the fact that I don’t understand the oh so brilliant and easy return policy, well I have news for you it is far from easy and makes zero sense, I have never found it so stressful to do something that should be so simple. If I have to ask one more time for a refund, I will make a complaint to the appropriate organisation.

Topic: Learning Center / jpeg artefacts in preview images

My line art and text works have considerable jpeg compression artefacts in the Redbubble gallery images. These are not present in the original pngs uploaded. I was wondering if anyone had experience and could absolutely confirm this will not appear in finished products (I assume they wouldn’t), and if there is any way to, well, make my work look less like I’ve chosen the wrong file type.

I really like the Punk Marilyn Monroe by Tiffany Garvey. I want to order a phone case with that image on it. I am wondering if I can get the phone case in a different color than the color that is offered with that image. The image is mostly white other than a small amount of color and the phone case is also white. So the killer Marilyn image that needs to be seen, pretty much blends in with the white case. I would love to get the case in a different color so Marilyn pops! Thanks if you can help, Laney.

Hi Gina,

so the uploader you are using is relatively new, they just revamped that about a month or so ago, I don’t know that anyone has figured any workarounds for snags yet, which is why no one has probably poked in to answer you yet.

What I would suggest doing is making sure your browser is up to date, and try to use Chrome (or firefox…etc) instead of IE (I seem to remember there were issues with a previous version and IE)

If Chrome still won’t cut it, check your file format, make sure it’s in the allowed size/file specs

If this still doesn’t fix what ails you, contact support here

I don’t think the fine art depiction of human nipples is a call for mature content, but once you do get the upload sorted, you can link an example from your portfolio to a forum post and ask for more opinions.

At the bottom of the reply window you’ll see a “text formatting help” link that will show you how to link an image to the forums.

Are you sure you have a mark up (margin) on those products? When I look at one of your items, it comes up with a public price of 16.53

that’s the base price for that product without a mark up

so it’s not paying you any money because you told it not to.

Here’s what you need to do

Go to your feed, on the left side column, click on account details

then from there choose Product Pricing

Go down the list and set your markups, they should default be set to 20% (iirc, its been a long time since I’ve raised my prices from default) so you must have accidentally cleared them out on the item when you were listing it

Down at the bottom of the page, there’s a big red button, and above that there a tick box, the tick box says

“Apply these markups to all my existing work”
go ahead and tick that

then hit the big red button to save.

I would assume that would fall into artistic nudity (where nothing sexual is implied or intended) which is generally okay for the general public viewing when it comes to art.

General rule of thumb you could use to determine if something should be tagged or not is whether or not you could find something like it in classic art museum, or a text book. mikath and GinaPaiano, both your works look like great examples of artistic nudity to me, so I don’t feel they need to be tagged.

I ordered and paid for 8 greeting cards but only received 6. I submitted a customer service inquiry at 9:00 AM on September 16. I immediately received an automated acknowledgment that my complaint had been received. The message stated that complaints are typically responded to within 24 hours.

Four business days have now passed and still no response, and no resolution. This is 2014, you’re an online business — you have to respond to problems faster than that (I’m still assuming you’re going to respond at all …).

I’m now afraid to sell my photos on this site and am considering closing my account because I don’t want people who order my stuff to experience this kind of horrible customer service.

To my knowledge,Redbubble does not currently have a Phone number you can contact them at. Your best bet is to try contacting them via Queries related to help/customer service through the redbubble website itself.They will contact you via the “Contact Us” section in which the query you sent will be located.They should reply in a timely manner, Hope this helps.

So we have had some people buy items in our store and in the payment history they are coming up as 0.00 and the sixth thing sold from our store comes up as 3 dollars.
Will the full costs process once the items are shipped?

So i ordered 3 items ups said they were delivered…….they never were opened a claim and now they are investigating finallyyyyy and told me to contact the shipper for any status on the problem. i wrote redbubble i think but im not sure how they will contact me through email or my account or is there a number i can call I much rather talk to somebody then go through emails.

They have replied to my return request, and I’m very happy with there response. They said they’re going to send me a new T-Shirt the same one same colour to replace my other. I asked If I could have a white one instead sinse I’ve decided I like the white more. It’s 4 dollars less than Red so i don’t think It will be a problem if they haven’t already made it. Very satisfied but them being able to change the colour would be over the top amazing. I’ve already reccomended this service to a few people (Trying not to give away the place where Im getting all my T-Shirts lol) Thanks again redbubble :)
