About This Group
Preserving History celebrates HISTORY around the world. We realize that history has not always been kind with its many wars. But, they too are a part of History that must be recorded and Heros remembered. Because of this we DO accept war re-enactment photos and all photos of war related material.
This group’s purpose is to preserve history through the photography of historic monuments, landmarks, buildings, bridges, forms of transportation, antiques, re-enactments, clothing, tools, farm equipment and numerous other things.
PLEASE DO NOT SUBMIT ART WORK, DRAWINGS or DIGITALLY CREATED ART. There are numerous groups to accomodate that type of work. This group only accepts photography of historic interest, writing that is about historic subjects and t-shirts with historic subjects. PLEASE respect this as I sometimes have as many as 50 submissions that do not fall into this group’s category. (Digitally enhanced photography is acceptable.)
