Hello, everyone. We are back after a major cleaning. PLEASE be sure to read the new rules, as well. The most important is that it MUST BE YOUR BEST work. We will no longer accept happy snaps. Please be sure your lighting, composition, etc. is correct before adding to the group. Also, remember, 2 shot max a day. We do not want to see 4 or so of the basic same shot. So select the best and enter that one. So do go over the rules.

We will accept HDR and textures now on entries. We will accept iPhones. We will not accept T-shirts or Journals. No nudes and no writing on entries.

Karen H. will be posting our first challenge a little later. We hope that many of you will participate!

Done! Welcome to both of you. I hope your enjoy hosint this wonderful group.

Having new hosts means having new ideas and that goes very well with some cleaning up.
There are almost 300 pages of submissions to this group and we think that’s too much.
The best way to keep a little bit of overview is to reduce that to 50 pages, but to remove them all by hand would be a lot of work.
So I’m asking all of you to help us, leave the group so that your work will be removed too and than join again.
Everybody is welcome of course.

We’ve got a new co-host, Karen Checca (that will be fun, 2 Karens :) ) and we are going to take a break for a while, so we can think about how we will continue this group. We’ll put up some new rules, challenges and so on. As soon as we’ll open again, we’ll let you know.

If you think your image is fabulous and yet your have been rejected by this group, it’s probably because you have forgotten to add camera details. we can’t accept work into the Pentax group unless we are sure it was taken with a Pentax camera. Photo details are also greatly appreciated.
Add the details and re-submit.
