The best part of having a pet bird is to see them in flight. / Booboo is a great flier. Even though he was born in captivity he mastered flying right from the start. Having deformed feet without toenails he was forced to use his wings for support since he was a fledgling. Now he is 4 years old and deserves a degree in aviation :)

Romeo and Juliet at Melbourne Zoo Australia. / I have not seen this before, two very friendly Parrots of a different family. At first the close proximity of the Eclectus Parrot to the Major Mitchell’s Cockatoo I assumed to be one of a take over of the hollow in the tree but this was not the case . They were obviously pleased to be with each other rubbing beaks eventually., fascinating.!
